Returns and Refunds
  • In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, all products come with a seven-day hesitation period starting from the arrival of the purchased product. NUDE offers one free replacement for a different size. If two or more product replacement requests are made, the buyer will have to cover the costs. Complying with the Consumer Protection Act, no returns and refunds can be made for panties. Please confirm the color and size carefully before ordering.

  • If the new product you received is defective, damaged, inconsistent with product specifications, or has any missing parts, a request for replacement should be made. Please apply for a replacement online within 7 days upon receiving the product.

  • The product should be tried on immediately after receiving it, as to confirm if the size is correct.

  • Returned products must be in brand-new condition, and packed without any missing parts (the product itself, clothing labels, wrappers, outer packaging, and all accompanying documents or information should be intact). Requests for refunds will not be accepted if traces of sweat, perfume, and odor are found on clothing, if the outer packaging box is damaged and stained, or if other similar conditions are presented.

  • If requests for refunds are made, orders made with discount offers or free shipping will require the buyer to cover the costs originally deducted by these.

  • The return and refund policies are in line with the policies of SHOPLINE platform. The refund will be made when the company receives the returned product and confirms that the product is in undamaged condition. For buyers who paid with a credit card, the amount of the original payment will be deposited back into r your account. Fraud Warning

Recently, fraudsters are claiming to be the seller and informing buyers that they have selected “pre-defined account transfer” by mistake, causing automatic monthly credit deduction. Fraudsters instruct the buyer to go to an ATM and cancel the said setting under their directions, as an attempt to get the buyer’s money and bank password. Please note that under no circumstances can a “pre-defined account transfer” be set up or canceled via an ATM. These are scripts used for scamming. Please don’t fall for them.
